Our office was in the city of Albany, near Guilderland and Colonie. In 2011 we moved to Boca Raton, Florida, but we continue to handle cases in Albany and most of New York State.

Federal cases in this area are heard in the U.S. District Court for
the Northern District of New York. Warren handles cases in the Northern
District and is admitted in the Southern District (Manhattan) as well.

Most criminal cases are handled in state courts. Some of these
courts are listed below. Larger courts are in bold. Courts in the four
largest counties are color-coded (i.e. yellow courts are in Albany
County). Most criminal cases start in Justice Courts and City Courts.
Felony cases often go up to County Court from the local court.
