Felony & Misdemeanor: Fees and Payment

We handle most traffic and speeding cases for a flat fee of $500. See our Traffic Section.

We handle DWI cases starting at $1000. See our DWI Section.

Our general billing rate is $250 per hour. Initial in-office consultations for felony and misdemeanor cases are $200. Initial visits in a local jail are a minimum of $500, with higher fees for distant jails.

Misdemeanor: Our minimum fee is at least $1000 up front. Most cases are resolved within $1000. If you want to fight the charges, costs can exceed $5000.

Felony: Our minimum fee is at least $5000 up front. If you want to fight the charges, costs will likely be higher and may exceed $20,000. For more serious felonies, the up-front initial fee may $10,000 or higher.
